Our new Osprey Green Townhomes feature expansive views of the Osprey nine and start at just under $400,000. These townhomes represent phenomenal value in the market right now.
BUILDING COMMUNITY AROUND THE FAIRWAYS
Imagine owning your dream golf vacation home in the same verdant, rolling Okanagan highlands that just hosted the 2008 TELUS World Skins Game. Savvy investors and vacationers know that Predator Ridge Golf Resort in B.C.’s Okanagan Valley is much more than just a golf resort.
It’s the perfect place to base your four-season Okanagan adventure, with easy access to boating and water sports on the jade green lakes nearby, fantastic skiing and mountain biking at Silver Star Mountain Resort, a short drive to Kelowna International Airport or shopping in nearby Vernon, and sensational hiking and nature viewing in several neighbouring regional and provincial parks.
For 2008, Predator Ridge will be offering five new real estate projects: Osprey Green Townhomes, the Villas at Birdie Lake, phase three of the fabulously successful Longspoon Ridge, Vista Crest 2, and the exclusive Summit at Falcon Point neighbourhood.
What’s truly amazing about the homesite options at Predator Ridge is that, as Predator Ridge sales director Ross McGaw says, “there’s something for almost every budget.
“We listened to some younger buyers wishing to purchase a vacation home but who don’t have the $500,000 to $600,000 to enter the market.
They told us that they could easily live with smaller square footage, but that they wanted a garage, high-quality kitchens, furnishings, and other amenities comparable to those found on our more prestigious homes. Our new Osprey Green Townhomes feature expansive views of the Osprey nine and start at just under $400,000. These townhomes represent phenomenal value in the market right now.”
Osprey Green Phase 1 will feature 17 townhomes in three different buildings in three configurations – two bedroom, two bedrooms plus den, and three bedrooms – ranging in size from 1,300 to 1,500 square feet. “We anticipate that quite a few Osprey Green purchasers will be retired or semiretired lifestyle purchasers who may own more than one vacation home,” McGaw adds.
The Villas at Birdie Lake are larger – up to 2,300 square feet in size – and available in a three-bedroom, 2.5 bath format.
“These are perfect for people who want our top luxury product and more room than a townhome,” McGaw explains. These homes will embrace the open-plan prairie house design that originated with Frank Lloyd Wright. The Villas start at $630,000.
July 2008 will see the release of the third phase of Longspoon Ridge, perhaps Predator Ridge’s most successful real estate offering to date.
“We had so many pre-registrations for these homesites last year that we actually sold out both phase one and phase two in a single day,” McGaw says.
“With only 17 lots available, we don’t anticipate any problems selling them quickly.” Lot prices begin at $165,000. For people who can’t wait to get started on building their dream golf getaway home, executive-size homesites on Vista Crest 2 are still available.
This is the perfect place to build your “Predator Ridge home” utilizing the Craftsman theme that is prevalent throughout the resort. Homesites are up to 70 feet wide and can accommodate Predator Ridge plan or custom homes starting from 2,600 square feet.
The Summit at Falcon Point represents the pinnacle of home ownership at Predator Ridge. Long driveways and luxurious landscaping lead to private, estate homes laid out on expansive lots, high on a ridge overlooking the ‘meadow-style’ golf course and the Coldstream Valley. Only 15 estate-sized homesites are available, with prices starting at $330,000 and offering up to five years to build. Owners can work with their own architect and designers, or choose from a house plan provided by the developer.
